How They Met

Cullen and I met at a McNeese football game in 2014. He was sitting in front of my friend Sam and me (they knew each other) and tried to make conversation…. I wasn’t interested LOL. As the questions kept coming…. he asked where I was from. I said I was from Jennings but I went to high school at Notre Dame in Crowley so I basically lived in Crowley for those four years. His reply was “I thought girls from Notre Dame were much prettier than that.” So like any girl would do…. I left! LOL. Weeks later he showed up at my house for a party with a friend of mine and we hit it off from there.

The Proposal

The proposal was everything I dreamed of. We were at my lake house in Toledo Bend and at sunset, he asked. It was just the two of us at the proposal and that made it so special!

The Ring

Cullen and I shopped for the ring just to try on diamonds that I liked. He surprised me with the oval cut and diamonds on the band. It is so BEAUTIFUL. He did so good. For my wedding band, I chose the double band with diamonds and it completes the set. I love it!
