Beautiful and bold with new life, this 18 karat yellow gold ring mounting was custom made with a lattice design, satin finish and hand engraved detail for a 15.40 carat emerald cut sky blue topaz. Surrounding the center is a halo of color enhanced teal blue round brilliant cut diamonds weighing a total of 0.52 carat. There are thirty-six 0.10 carat total weight round brilliant cut diamonds set into the intersections of the lattice work.
