HOW THEY MET

We met through mutual friends our freshman year of college, and we stayed friends for about two years before we started dating. Our love of baseball, dancing, and laughing over nothing brought us together.

THE PROPOSAL

Grant had set up a “dinner with friends” at Rip Van Winkle. When we got there, we walked around for a little while because we were “waiting on our friends.” Grant was trying to get me to go where the photographer was set up, but I was too busy playing with the peacocks. After a little while, I ended up being in the perfect spot. He got down on one knee, and I said yes!

THE RING

I am OBSESSED with my ring! It is exactly what I have always dreamed about. I have always been in love with a classic round diamond, but wanted something a little unique to me, which is why I love the twisted band. I had seen the ring online a couple of years ago and fell in love with it. I showed it to him in passing one day so he would know what I want.
