Tell us how you met.
Peyton and I met through a mutual friend! We would see each other around UL’s campus, so we definitely knew of each other, but one day Peyton reached out to a friend of mine and asked if she thought I would be interested in joining him at his formal. They put their heads together and typed up a super cute message for him to send me. He ended up asking me to his fraternity formal 2 days after messaging each other on snapchat and I said yes, even though we barely knew each other LOL! The rest is history!!!

Tell the story of your proposal.
Peyton got my best friend, Maggie to distract me for the day by going get breakfast and antiquing! At Maggie and I’s last stop she asked if we could go swing by the house Peyton and I are building because she wanted to see it. I said of course!! When we got there Peyton was waiting for me on our house’s cement slab that they just had poured not even 2 days before lucky enough. Our love has been built on such a firm foundation and it was a great reflection of that!

Tell us about the ring!
I absolutely love the elegance of a round cut diamond! I always knew the round was for me. I also knew I wanted a thinker band that catches your eye and stands out. I am absolutely love what Ronni helped us design at Dianna Rae! She absolutely helped our vision come to life. Peyton and I went in for a consultation and ended up being able to see our thoughts come to life with their amazing work!
